Returns and complaints
If an error is made by the Seller or there is damage to the ordered item, the buyer is obliged within 7 days to write a complaint to the e-mail: protic.sanjaopg@gmail.com and attach a photo of damage to the product. If the complaint is accepted, the seller is obliged to replace the product within 30 days of receiving the complaint email to the Buyer.
