Cooking workshops of Korčula gastronnomy
On the island of Korčula in Blato there is my small “family agriculture economy” where i started doing cooking workshops. These workshops are imagined as place where my guests come to cook with me in the kitchen local dishes souch as “Žrnovski makaruni” or “kupus na tabak”. There is also our special cake “Lumblija” which has certification of authenticiy. They prepare this love story cake and later they eat the dishes they prepare with me.
